Use the following settings to use your @jcis.net email address with a mail program on your computer such as Outlook Express, Thunderbird, or OS X Mail:

Incoming Mail (POP3) Server - requires SSL:mail.jcis.net
Use SSL: Yes
Port: 995
Outgoing Mail (SMTP) Server - requires SSL:mail.jcis.net
Use Authentication: Yes
Use SSL: Yes
Port: 465
Account User Name:Your JCIS username (not entire email address)
Email Address:Your JCIS email address (ex. support@jcis.net)
Password:Your JCIS email password

Click 'Yes' if asked to accept and trust the secure connection when checking mail.

JCIS uses commercial enterprise-grade spam and virus filtering software. You can login to your account and see pending spam, or set custom rules at the following address (use full email address here as username, with email password):

Older legacy mail settings below are still valid, but will only allow you to send mail from your home JCIS connection, and also do not use a secure connection to our server.

Legacy mail settings:

Incoming Mail (POP3) Server:mail.jcis.net
Port: 110
Outgoing Mail (SMTP) Server:mail.jcis.net
Port: 25
