program on your computer such as Outlook Express, Thunderbird, or OS X

and trust the secure connection when checking mail.

uses commercial enterprise-grade spam and virus filtering software. You
can login to your account and see pending spam, or set custom rules at
the following address (use full email address here as username, with
email password):

legacy mail settings below are still valid, but will only allow you to
send mail from your home JCIS connection, and also do not use a secure
connection to our server.
